Therapeutic Massage
The default session. We find what is actually holding tension, work it properly, and leave you moving better than you arrived.
Unhurried, hands-on bodywork for tension that has been building a while — in the studio or at your place, one client at a time.
Hawaii licensed · MAT-[#####] 60, 90 & 120-minute sessions Studio & in-home visits
Most people book because something specific is going on. A shoulder that will not settle. A low back that seizes after a long flight. A week of surfing, hauling or sitting that has finally caught up.
We spend a few minutes on that before anything else. Then the work is built around it — enough pressure to change something, enough space for your nervous system to come down. No script, no clock-watching, no rushing you out the door at the end.
You leave loose, warm and clear-headed, with one or two specific things to do before the next session.
Six ways to spend the hour. If you are not sure which one fits, book therapeutic — it adapts to whatever we find.
The default session. We find what is actually holding tension, work it properly, and leave you moving better than you arrived.
Slower, more specific pressure into the layers underneath. Firm work without the white-knuckling.
Long, flowing, full-body work at lighter pressure — for when the goal is for your nervous system to come all the way down.
Focused work for surfers, hikers, paddlers and runners — before an effort, after one, or somewhere in the middle of a training block.
Safe, properly positioned bodywork through the second and third trimesters, with side-lying support and cushioning.
The full session, at your house, condo or vacation rental. Table, linens, oils and music come with me.
There is no front desk, no rotating roster and no package to upgrade to. You book a time, you get the hour, and it is the same pair of hands every visit.
You book with [THERAPIST NAME] and you work with [THERAPIST NAME]. Nothing is handed off, and nothing has to be re-explained at your next visit.
Every appointment opens with a short assessment. The plan comes from what is actually happening in your body that week, not from the name of the service you clicked.
Hawaii license MAT-[#####], with [XXX] hours of training and [X] years in practice. [Replace with your real credentials — see the launch checklist.]
In-home and vacation-rental sessions across [SERVICE AREA], with the table, linens, oils and music included. Setup takes about ten minutes.
Clean linens every session, adjustable table warmth, unscented oil by default and scent options if you want them. Nothing piped in that you did not ask for.
People land here expecting to unwind on arrival. Bodies are slower than that. Sleep debt, plane seats and a long stretch of overwork do not dissolve in an afternoon at the beach.
A good session gives the rest of it somewhere to go. Visitors tend to book early in the trip so they can actually enjoy the days that follow. Residents book on a rhythm — every three or four weeks — because that is what keeps things from stacking up in the first place.
[One or two sentences in your own voice: how long you have been doing this, where you trained, and what brought you to Kauai.]
[A short paragraph on how you work. What you notice first. What you tend to be good at. Who keeps coming back to you and why. Write it the way you would explain it to a new client on the phone — that is the version people trust.]
[A line of credentials: training hours, modalities, certifications, professional memberships, Hawaii license number.]
Real reviews carry more weight than anything else on this page. Replace all three placeholders below before the site goes live.
[Paste a real client review here — from Google, Yelp, or an email you have permission to quote. Two or three sentences is ideal.]
[Second review. Choose one that mentions a specific result — “my shoulder finally let go” beats “it was lovely”.]
[Third review. If you offer mobile massage, pick one from a visitor who booked an in-home session.]
Therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, sports and recovery, and prenatal massage, plus mobile in-home sessions. If you are not sure which to book, choose therapeutic — it is the most adaptable, and we can shift the approach once we have talked. Full descriptions are on the massage services page.
The studio is at [STUDIO ADDRESS] in [CITY]. Parking is [PARKING DETAILS]. I also travel for in-home sessions across [SERVICE AREA] and, by arrangement, island-wide.
Yes. I bring the table, linens, oils and music to your home, condo or vacation rental and set up in about ten minutes. All I need is a space roughly seven by nine feet and somewhere to wash my hands.
Travel within [SERVICE AREA] is included; beyond that there is a flat [$XX] travel fee, confirmed before you book. [Delete this answer if you do not offer mobile massage.]
[CONFIRM your real lead time. A typical honest answer: one to two weeks in high season and a few days the rest of the year, with weekends and late afternoons going first. Same-day sessions do open up — text me and I will tell you what is left.]
We talk for five minutes first: what is bothering you, what you do all day, anything I should work around. Then you undress to whatever level you are comfortable with and get under the sheet while I step out.
You stay draped the entire time — only the area being worked on is uncovered. I check pressure early and you can change it at any point. Afterward you get a few minutes to get up slowly, some water, and one or two specific things to do between sessions.
Weekends and late afternoons go first, and high season fills early. If you have a date in mind, put it on the calendar now.
